They say the hardest part about using the gym is actually going.

For many of us the idea of going to the gym everyday can be daunting…but the idea of staying fit is something that we all want to do.

Sometimes going to the gym can be problematic for us: long busy days, not near a gym, slight injury, knowing when to eat as not good to exercise on a full or empty stomach etc etc. One of my goals is to improve my heart rate so a few weeks ago I asked myself;
